What do you mean by "scheduled" connectors and models?
A:
You can upload as many connectors and create as many models as you'd like. The only ones that count towards the pricing are the ones you schedule, i.e. the ones that run or update on a fixed schedule.

What are "simultaneous tasks"?
A:
Simultaneous tasks defines how many scheduled connectors and models that can update at the same time. If you have one simultaneous task and five models scheduled at the same time, they will run sequentially.

Can I share users between team members?

No. Licenses are personal.

What are monthly manual refreshes?
A:
You can update connectors and schedules manually by clicking "Refresh" in the application. The number of monthly manual refreshes track these.
